During implementation, your offices will receive a Welcome Kit, introducing you to all the products and services available to you through your affiliation with American Express Travel. In a user-friendly format, we will outline all the relevant information, procedures, contacts, options, and standards that are a part of the franchise programme. A relationship manager will review this kit with you.

You will also receive our newsletters and be given access to our password secure intranet website. Periodic local, national and international meetings will give you a face to face opportunity to talk and share ideas with your Network colleagues.
